CNA - LTC/SNF

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Provide compassionate and quality nursing assistance in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and adherence to care plans under supervision.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Record and report any changes in residents conditions to nursing staff.
Adhere to infection control policies and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Support nurses in providing direct patient care and delivering therapeutic services.
Follow facility procedures for documenting care and safety protocols.
Comply with all workforce requirements, including license and vaccination policies.

Qualifications:

Valid state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Must have own transportation due to limited public transit options.
Flexibility to work every other weekend as scheduled.
Ability to obtain or present a valid ID and meet vaccination documentation requirements.
