LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit an experienced manager of legal recruiting. This full time role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in legal recruitment, preferably within a law firm environment. The position requires at least seven years of experience and a proven ability to lead hiring strategies, manage recruitment processes, and build strong relationships with attorneys, candidates, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage full cycle recruiting strategies for attorneys and legal staff
• Oversee lateral attorney hiring, law school outreach, and summer associate programs
• Partner with firm leadership to assess staffing needs and create targeted recruitment plans
• Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, offer processes, and onboarding
• Maintain strong relationships with search firms, law schools, and professional organizations
• Monitor recruiting metrics and prepare reports for leadership
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain accurate recruitment records
• Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and networking initiatives
• Collaborate with human resources, professional development, and practice group leaders to support firm wide talent initiatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum of seven years of legal recruiting experience
• Prior law firm recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage high volume and senior level recruitment needs
• Strong understanding of the legal market and attorney hiring trends
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with attorneys and leadership
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office
• Professional presence, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidential information

Benefits:

Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
