3107 Timberlake Road Vestavia Hills, AL35243 Greenbrier Senior Living Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) The Oaks at Flower Mound | Flower Mound, TX $30–$34 per hour + $3,000 sign-on bonus The Oaks at Flower Mound is seeking a compassionate, dependable Charge Nurse (LVN/LPN) to care for residents and help guide our Assisted Living and Memory Care teams. If you enjoy building relationships with residents, supporting fellow associates, and making a difference each day, we’d love to hear from you. Provide direct resident care in accordance with each resident’s individualized care plan. Administer medications and complete required documentation in accordance with applicable standards, regulations, and community policies. Complete resident assessments and maintain current care plans. Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate team members. Document care, observations, procedures, and communication with residents’ responsible parties by the end of each shift. Provide guidance and direction to care associates as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need Current Texas LVN license (or other nursing license that qualifies you for the position). Current CPR certification. At least one year of related experience. Sound clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate resident care. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including assisting with resident transfers and repositioning using appropriate equipment or assistance.
