Radius Staffing Solutions is working with a healthcare organization in eastern Montana to recruit a full-time Retail Pharmacist. The position averages 76 hours per two-week pay period and offers a starting wage of $59.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus available. This position is focused on safe and accurate medication dispensing, prescription and order verification, drug information, and collaborative patient care within a retail pharmacy environment. New graduates are welcome , and candidates who are eligible for Montana pharmacist licensure will be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications.
• Review and verify medication and prescription orders.
• Provide drug and medication information to members of the healthcare team.
• Support safe and appropriate medication use for patients.
• Provide pharmaceutical care within the retail pharmacy setting.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists, pharmacy staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a strong patient-service and customer-service focus.
• Contribute to pharmacy services that support patients and the surrounding community.

Minimum Qualifications

• Eligible for Montana pharmacist licensure
• New graduate pharmacists are welcome to apply
• Ability to work collaboratively within a pharmacy and healthcare team
• Strong patient and customer-service skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting Compensation: $59.00 per hour, aligned with experience and the employer's internal compensation structure
