Public Relations Associate

to join our team in Kansas City, MO. In this role, you will help support communication initiatives, strengthen relationships with clients and the public, and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Represent NextShining in a professional and positive manner. Support public relations and communication initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and community members. Communicate company information clearly and professionally. Assist with the coordination and execution of promotional and public-facing initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and brand standards. Respond professionally to questions and provide accurate information when needed. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Help identify opportunities to improve communication and public engagement. Maintain organized records related to communications, projects, and outreach activities. Qualifications
