Raytheon is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager to support the Surveillance portfolio of factories to maximize throughput, improve efficiency, and deliver increasing value to the customer. Industrial Engineers are responsible for Labor Performance Analyses, Process and Value Stream Mapping, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, Manpower Planning, Factory Layouts, Factory Simulations, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, and more. Industrial Engineer Section Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing a team of industrial engineers supporting multiple customers in varying capacities. This role will support the Large Sub-Assemblies Industrial Engineering section supporting multiple Raytheon programs and factories in McKinney, TX. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in industrial engineering and process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
