Patient Services Representative

The Patient Services Representative works full‑time (40 hours per week) in a fertility clinic, serving as the first face and voice for patients. The role is based at the Plano, TX location of Fertility Specialists of Texas. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Collect service payments and reconcile daily transactions Manage incoming calls and route them accurately to the right teams, prioritizing by urgency Guide patients through clinic policies and assist with required forms Verify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient charts Log all interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flow Handle filing, scanning, and faxing to support daily operations Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality Qualifications Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting; healthcare or clinical front‑desk experience is a plus but not required Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly valued Comfort managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment The ability to make patients feel heard and at ease, even when they’re stressed or scared Proficiency with EHR systems or a demonstrated ability to learn software quickly Familiarity with insurance verification and clinic procedures is a plus; training will be provided High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Benefits Fertility Specialists of Texas offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a culture that values both clinical excellence and human connection. #J-18808-Ljbffr First Fertility
