Job Description:

• Up to $10K Sign on Bonus (if eligible)
• Up to $10K Relocation Bonus
• Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, performance evaluations, and payroll functions.
• Demonstrating critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations.
• Fostering a culture of psychological safety, where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to speak up, share concerns, and contribute meaningfully. Promoting evidence-based practice, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.
• Provides ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain high competency levels.
• Preparing the unit for audits and surveys, by monitoring and maintaining unit compliance with regulatory standards, accrediting, hospital policies while coordinating staff education to maintain competencies and preparedness.

Education:

Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]

Field of Study: in Nursing within 3 years

Work Experience:

2+ years acute care nursing experience [Required]

2+ years of experience providing leadership of care team or equivalent (i.e. team leader, clinical nurse coordinator) [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

Basic Life Support CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]

Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

Pay Range: $33.99 $63.22
