Terry W Jones - State Farm Agency, located in Nashville, TN has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. • Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Nashville, TN. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
• Develop ongoing networking relationships
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license
• Life & Health license
