Operations Manager – Clinical Trials
A premier healthcare organization in South Florida is seeking an accomplished Operations Manager – Clinical Trials to provide leadership and operational oversight for its clinical research programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned clinical research professional to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Location: Miami, FL (100% Onsite)
Assignment Duration: 3–4 Months (Temporary)
Key Qualifications:
• 4–7+ years of progressive Clinical Research experience
• 2–4+ years of people leadership and/or research operations management experience
• Prior experience within a Hospital, CRO, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Academic Research setting preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and end-to-end research operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, streamline processes, ensure operational excellence, and support the successful execution of clinical trials
