Maintenance Technician Night Shift Pay Rate: $30/hr Advance Services is hiring for a direct hire opportunity with an international manufacturing leader seeking an intermediate maintenance technician for a night shift position. This role is ideal for candidates with strong troubleshooting abilities, electrical experience, and a solid industrial maintenance background. You will be responsible for diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, and supporting overall production operations. Requirements: strong troubleshooting and diagnostic experience, industrial electrical maintenance experience, ability to identify and repair equipment failures, industrial maintenance background, comfortable working night shift (7:00 pm 3:00 am), experience with hydraulics, compressors, and industrial machinery preferred, CNC equipment experience is a plus.
