Position: Occupational Therapist

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with option to extend) OR permanent placement option

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

Shifts: Days

Pay: Competitive rate including hourly + housing & travel stipends (for travelers)

What We’re Looking For:

· Passionate occupational therapy provider

· Comfortable working in the SNF setting

· Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment

· Strong leadership and clinical reasoning skills

· A team player with a positive attitude and a heart for patient care

 

Requirements:

· Active Occupational Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!

· Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)

· Current TB test/results

· Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year, or ability to obtain)

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions

· Assess patient function and develop individualized treatment plans

· Focus on ADLs, mobility, and independence to improve quality of life

· Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes

· Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation
