Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, weekdays, evenings, weekends, short shifts, or longer assignments , we'll work with your availability and strive to keep your clients close to home.

Responsibilities

As an HHA or PCA, you'll help seniors remain safe and independent by:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Preparing meals and providing medication reminders
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Escorting clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Observing and reporting changes in clients' condition
• Following individualized care plans

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• Current Massachusetts HHA or PCA Certification
• Current TB documentation
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Previous home care experience is welcomed but not required.
