Assists in the treatment of residents under the direction of the Nurse Manager and/or a physician (may take direct orders from the physician under the supervisions of the Nurse Manager). Promotes good health habits, hygiene and nutrition with the residents. Participates in clinical activities as needed. Makes appropriate referrals to the physician and/or other medical agencies/practitioners as needed. Coordinates with external agencies and contract providers to ensure appropriate medical and dental care. Available/on call 24/7, either on-site or via phone or virtual technology. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Dependable Team-Oriented Service-Focused Professional Positive Committed to Helping Others Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse, licensed in Ohio. Familiarity with pharmacological aspects of drug abuse. Emergency medical aid experience. Licensed to dispense medications. Non-communicable diseases physical exam. At least twenty-one (21) years of age. Valid unrestricted driver's license. Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks; including but not limited to employment and/or personal reference and driving records. Must pass both federal and state background checks which screen for crimes including, but not limited to drug related crimes, violent crimes, sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, and repeated misdemeanors.
