With a strong reputation and an annual volume of $100M, we specialize in high-quality corporate interior renovations ranging from $1M to $10M. While we have the scale and resources of a major player, we maintain a tight-knit, collaborative family culture where every team member is supported and valued. Role Overview This is an early-career support role designed for growth, working directly alongside our Project Managers. You will not be running projects independently on day one. Key Responsibilities Document Management: Track and process RFIs, submittals, drawing revisions, and closeout packages. Project & Field Support: Assist with updating project schedules, coordinating material deliveries, organizing site photos, and preparing punch lists. Subcontractor & Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with our extensive local subcontractor network to track pricing, lead times, and open items. Meeting Coordination: Prepare accurate meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up with project teams to keep milestones on schedule. Administrative Support: Assist PMs with change order documentation, subcontractor compliance, and administrative tasks as needed. What We Are Looking For Experience: 1–3 years in construction, project coordination, or a related commercial real estate/design field. Strong Communicator: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with subcontractors, clients, and field superintendents. Detail-Oriented: A disciplined approach to tracking paperwork, schedules, and project logs. Team Player: A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn the commercial interiors sector and grow long-term within our family business. Highly Valued (But Not Required) Experience or familiarity with corporate office interiors, tenant fit-outs, or commercial renovations. Knowledge of local Westchester/Tri-State area subcontractors and market dynamics. Exposure to construction management software, scheduling tools, or estimating support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
