Attorney (Bankruptcy Associate - DC, Columbia, MD, Falls Church, VA)

Whiteford’s is seeking an associate to join its thriving bankruptcy practice in our Columbia, Maryland, Washington D.C., or Falls Church, Virginia office . Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in financial restructuring, bankruptcy, and commercial transactions or have completed a bankruptcy court clerkship. Must possess excellent research and writing skills as well as an outstanding academic record. Admission to practice law in Virginia is required. Additional admission to Maryland and/or D.C. bar is a plus. The salary range is $150,000 – $175,000 commensurate with experience.
