We’re looking for a reliable assistant who can help with light admin tasks and also support small social meetups. This role is flexible, fun, and ideal for someone 18–30 who enjoys talking to people and helping coordinate simple activities. No heavy office work — just basic support and social presence.

About the Role:
This is a hybrid position: part personal assistant, part social anchor. You’ll help with simple tasks (reading small text, organizing RSVPs, keeping notes, helping coordinate arrivals) and you’ll also be one of the first people at small social hangouts, helping create a welcoming vibe. Think of it as getting paid to show up, help out, and make the environment feel good.

Responsibilities:
• Light personal assistance (help reading small text, simple organization, reminders)
• Light admin support (tracking RSVPs, noting who showed up, basic communication)
• Show up early to small social meetups
• Greet people and help create a friendly, social environment
• Encourage guests to return and bring friends
• Maintain simple notes and attendance lists
• Represent ivix.space with confidence and good energy
