Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist will process loan transactions and perform system maintenance for commercial loans. The role assists the team and works the commercial servicing queue to ensure daily service level agreements are maintained. Duties include, but are not limited to, posting and performing loan advances, producing payoff letters, completing escrow disbursements, creating and monitoring several reports, ensuring payments are posted accurately, and working closely with commercial loan officers to ensure exceptional service is delivered to customers.
