Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathology Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year in the North Phoenix, AZ area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do

• Assist with speech therapy services in the school setting
• Assist with IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

• Arizona Speech Language Pathology Assistant License
• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
