Bore Locator

Bore Locator Professional

NorthStar Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced and dedicated Bore Locator professional to join our team in the Central DFW area supporting active gas utility field operations.

Duties:

• Needs to be able to lift a minimum of 90lbs.
• Employee must be able to stand a minimum of 8hrs.
• Needs to be able to operate equipment on jobsite.
• Have basic knowledge of how the locator works and how to work on it.
• Will need to complete all paperwork for daily truck and equipment inspection.
• Individual will need to be able to connect and disconnect reamer.
• Locate and mark utilities with paint.
• Needs to be able to hand dig with shovel.
• Install appropriate traffic control to secure work site and machine.
• Must have the ability to work under hot, cold and rainy weather conditions.
• Pot hole (hand digging with shovel), enter and exit excavations with or without ladders and use power/hand tools.
• Must be able to pass OQ and Safety training courses

Qualifications & Experience:

• OQ certification (Gas Distribution)
• Class C drivers license
• Minimum 1 year experience
