Customer Service Representative - Patient Registration

Job Summary You will serve as a Patient Registration/Access Associate, supporting patients in checking into the hospital. You will be the primary point of contact during registration, collecting information accurately, answering questions, and providing compassionate support to ease patients’ fears and concerns. Responsibilities Work on computers and answer phones in a busy environment, intaking patient information promptly and accurately. Input data into multiple systems while coordinating physician and nurse check‑ins. Interact with patients who may be ill or anxious, listening carefully and building rapport. Adapt quickly to emergent clinical interruptions and maintain high throughput. Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to career development. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Excellent customer service experience. Spanish bilingual preferred. Vaccinations up to date, successful drug test, and background check required. Compensation Base pay range: $14.50 – $18.99 per hour for this US‑based position. Pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and training.
