Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent from leading universities Manage the entire campus recruitment process from outreach and sourcing through screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Identify and engage campus talent through direct outreach, networking events, referrals, LinkedIn, and university career fairs Partner with hiring managers and campus relations teams to understand business needs and develop aligned hiring strategies Provide market insights on campus talent Ensure a seamless, high-touch recruitment experience for campus candidates and internal stakeholders Build diverse talent pipelines through student organizations and inclusive hiring practices Track and analyze campus recruitment metrics, report progress to leadership, and optimize campus programs Plan and execute recruitment events Assist with the 10-week internship program Continuously refine recruitment strategies based on data-driven insights Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of experience in university recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field Strong organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Willing to travel up to 25% Experience with recruitment systems such as Handshake and LinkedIn preferred Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday) preferred Previous experience managing internship programs in a heavily matrixed organization preferred Proven ability to develop and execute successful campus recruitment strategies preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing campus recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and building diverse talent pipelines.
