Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
At least two years of production experience required
Flexible availability to work day and night shifts
Ability to adapt to a schedule that varies from week to week
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to remain active throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and product quality
Dependable attendance and steady work ethic
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to following all workplace safety procedures

Job Duties

Load, stack, and move materials throughout the production floor
Support daily manufacturing and production activities
Monitor products and materials for quality issues
Identify and correct minor production problems
Report equipment or quality concerns to the appropriate team member
Maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift
Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
Follow established production procedures and safety requirements
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Perform additional production duties as assigned
