Position: Installer

Pay Rate: Starting at $22hr+

Location: Clermont, Iowa

Travel: Overnight travel required. Company paid hotels and $45 meal per diem.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Installer to

join our team in Clermont, IA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on

work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast‑paced construction

environment. You’ll work on a variety of installation projects across

residential, commercial, and agricultural settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation Work — Install building materials, equipment, and related components according to project specifications.
• Site Preparation — Prepare job sites, including measuring, cutting, and staging materials.
• Equipment Operation — Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and job‑specific equipment.
• Quality Assurance — Ensure all work meets required standards and customer expectations.
• Team Collaboration — Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
• Safety Compliance — Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior installation or construction experience preferred, but willing to train. Looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, proficient with hand/power tools.
• Willingness to do overnight travel 40-50 weeks out of the year. All travel projects are throughout Iowa.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Decorah, IA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
