Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable dishwasher to staff various shifts. The ideal candidate is punctual, maintains a helpful attitude, collaborates well with the kitchen team, and strictly follows all sanitary and health-related protocols. Our business is growing, and we are eager to consider advancement opportunitiessuch as kitchen manager or prep cook rolesfor dedicated individuals who show potential.

Essential Job Duties include the following: other duties may be assigned:

• Dishwashing Operations: Ability to operate an industrial dishwasher safely and rapidly; wash glassware and various kitchen items by hand when necessary.
• Organization & Inventory: Highly organized; managing placement of all kitchen items and dishes while rotating stock to reduce wear and tear.
• Maintenance: Meticulously clean iced tea and coffee machines daily. Maintain all-around cleanliness of dishwashing and storage areas.
• Waste Management: Strength and stamina required to lift loads and empty/clean all trash receptacles.
• Team Support: Willingness to assist prep cooks and other staff as needed, especially during high-volume rushes.
• Facility Safety: Perform basic janitorial skills to clean up spills or broken glassware immediately.
• Operational Readiness: Commitment to performing daily duties (opening, closing, and side work). Employees must be accessible via cell phone and/or email for scheduling and human resources applications.

Experience/Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent/still in school

Staff must maintain awareness of their surroundings to navigate potentially slippery floors and crowded spaces safely.
• Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, this role requires the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as early and late shifts.
