Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Shipping and Receiving Clerk position available in the Dexter, Michigan area working at our client location who is a growing manufacturer. Contract to hire opportunity with a pay range of $18.50 to $20.00 an hour DOE. Monday–Friday position with hours 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional Saturdays may be required. Responsibilities Verify, weigh, count, and distribute parts to ensure accurate order fulfillment Move materials between departments and to outside subcontractors as needed Operate digital and mechanical scales Perform basic housekeeping duties Complete data entry and maintain accurate records Follow safety procedures and support continuous improvement efforts Assist other departments as needed and perform additional assigned duties Qualifications Shipping experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
