Performance Analytics Consultant

$70 - $80 per hour

Pay Rate: $70 - $80/Hour

We are seeking a skilled Performance Analytics Specialist with expertise in ServiceNow to design dashboards, analyze KPIs, and optimize ServiceNow modules for improved service delivery and decision-making. ITSM, ITOM Management, Platform Architect, advisory recommendation, IT/Software Asset Management experience

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Performance Analytics indicators, breakdowns, and dashboards in ServiceNow.
Analyze trends and create actionable insights to improve KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs.
Collaborate with teams to enhance workflows using ServiceNow data insights.
Ensure data integrity and maintain existing Performance Analytics solutions.
Expertise in ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) and Performance Analytics.
Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.

Must have :

ServiceNow certification (CIS/Admin).
Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies.
