Junior Account Executive - Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our growing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop professional skills in account management, client communication, sales support, and business development.
As a Junior Account Executive, you will work closely with experienced team members to build strong client relationships, support business initiatives, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional environment. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed and grow within the organization.Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing and maintaining client relationships
- Communicate with customers and clients to understand needs and provide solutions
- Support account strategies, presentations, and business initiatives
- Help coordinate projects and ensure client satisfaction
- Track account activity and provide updates to internal teams
- Participate in training sessions to develop communication and leadership skills
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or hospitality is a plus
