Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:1. Must have or be able to obtain an active Property and Casualty insurance license.2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Colorado Springs, CO. This is an in-office position.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and servicesEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as neededProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarificationWhat we provide:Base Salary $45,000 - $75,000 depending on licensing and experienceCommission and BonusesPaid Time Off (3 days in 90-day probationary period; then 5 days in first year)Paid Federal Holidays OffValuable experienceGrowth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my officeRequirements:Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferredSales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferredExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningSelf-motivatedAbility to multi-taskAbility to effectively relate to a customerProperty & Casualty license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)Life & Health license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
