Lead a motivated restaurant team working closely with the Executive Chef, ensure smooth daily operations, and create warm, memorable moments for every guest. Your Role Includes:

Operations: Oversee daily front-of-house activities, monitor food, beverage, and service quality, and ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are met.
Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and support team members, providing feedback and resolving conflicts as needed. Lead daily front-of-house service and create a warm, attentive experience for members and their families.
Financial Management: Track expenses, manage budgets, handle payroll, and monitor sales to maximize profitability.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage complaints, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Inventory & Administration: Manage inventory, place supply orders, lead by example, promote a positive work culture, handle administrative tasks, and support marketing initiatives as needed.
Location: Cafe 52 in Stag Lodge, Park City, UT
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $23/hr (based on experience) + Service Fee Pooling!
Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal (Late November – Early April)
Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 10:00am - 7:00pm | Must also be willing to work holidays and weekends

Job Requirements:

Previous front-of-house leadership or supervisory experience in fine dining, a private club, resort, or upscale restaurant.
Experience training, coaching, and supporting service staff.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize service while managing competing priorities.
Clear communication, sound judgment, and a steady presence during busy service.
A genuine commitment to hospitality and a memorable guest/owner experience
