We are searching for an experienced Inside Account Representative with a strong work ethic and a professional manner who can HELP MAINTAIN AND DEVELOP CURRENT AND NEW CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS. This is a key role for the team and organization. You will work directly with management and support the sales team. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage data is an absolute must.

Your Responsibilities will be to:

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts.
  • Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Provide personalized solutions and address any issues promptly.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve excellent customer satisfaction .
• Source new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing quotes and proposals.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Enter orders, purchase order entry, and manage inventory.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle order modifications and adjustments.
• General office administration support.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and account details.
  • Update customer profiles and contact information.

Skills needed:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Experience: Previous experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry and organizational abilities.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address client concerns and find solutions.
