RN Registered Nurse Supervisor
Weekend Position- work every weekend, or every other weekend

also available- Full Time Evening Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the nursing staff on our weekend shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
About the RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Role:
As an RN Registered Nurse Supervisor at Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for:
Supervising a team of Registered Nurses and other healthcare staff on weekend shifts
Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
Providing guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to promote effective care delivery
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Identifying and addressing potential issues and concerns, and implementing corrective actions as needed
RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department on weekend shifts
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for nursing practice
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of New York
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse
Strong leadership and supervision skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Flexibility to work weekends and variable shifts
