The Staff Pharmacist FT plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications within a medium-sized pharmacy team. Reporting directly to the Pharmacy Manager, this position requires a licensed pharmacist who is adept at managing prescriptions, counseling patients, and monitoring drug interactions. The role offers opportunities for ongoing professional development in a dynamic healthcare environment, with no travel required.

Responsibilities
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
Provide patient counseling on medication use and safety
Manage pharmacy inventory to ensure availability of drugs
Review prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
Monitor and identify potential drug interactions

Required Qualifications
Valid New York State Pharmacist License

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of pharmacy experience
