Resumen:

El/La Supervisor(a) de Admisiones, es responsable de supervisar y administrar los procesos del departamento de Admisiones bajo la supervisión y dirección de/la directora(a) de Admisiones. El/la Supervisor(a) de Admisiones está a cargo de supervisar la gestión de la contratación, matrícula y admisión para la División en Línea. Apoya y es responsable de la implementación de los objetivos y estrategias de admisiones, en estrecha colaboración con El/La Director (a) de Admisiones. Responsable de motivar y dirigir al equipo de trabajo asignado hacia el logro de metas ambiciosas de matrícula.

Deberes y Responsabilidades esenciales:

Hace cumplir las normas, reglamentos y políticas organizacionales y departamentales
Vela por el buen funcionamiento de los servicios de admisión, matrícula y la orientación al futuro estudiante
Es responsable de que se cumplan las metas y objetivos de admisiones
Realiza documentación, adiestramiento y mentoría del equipo a su cargo para lograr que se cumplan las métricas individuales, grupales y departamental
Representa a la Institución y provee información requerida a futuros estudiantes
Provee informes regularmente a la gerencia sobre status de matrícula y métricas de conversión
Es responsable de que se mantenga la integridad de la base de datos de los estudiantes para garantizar precisión de los registros locales e informes federales
Supervisa el cumplimiento de los estándares externos establecidos por las agencias acreditadoras y reguladoras, estatales y federales
Responsable de evaluar y completar los expedientes de los prospectos estudiantes
Vela por la supervisión y el buen funcionamiento de los servicios de admisión, matrícula y la orientación al futuro estudiante
Revisa y monitorea el reclutamiento de estudiantes, las estrategias de matrícula y las prácticas para cumplir con las metas de Matricula
Mantiene la confidencialidad de la información expuesta, con respecto a estudiantes, supervisores u otros empleados
Audita llamadas, documentación y procesos que se llevan a cabo en el sistema

Requisitos/Educación:

Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas con concentración en Mercadeo o Relaciones Públicas.
Experiencia en ventas en escuela privada preferible.
Dos (2) años de experiencia en supervisión.
Dominio completo de MS Office.
Horario de Trabajo: lunes a viernes 9am-6pm y 12pm-9pm, sábados alternos.
Modalidad de trabajo híbrida (disponible a trabajar presencial algunos días en Hato Rey y otros de manera remoto).
