Staff Responsibilities: Work with clients with disabilities to live independently in their home and community.

Help clients maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with daily living activities.

Assisting with appointment setting, taking to and from appointments

Assist with shopping and outings in the community

Observe clients and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.

Document services performed using phone app

Direct Support Staff Requirements

Must Have Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Insurance

Must be authorized to work in the US

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must back a criminal background check

Schedule :

We have a few positions available with varying shifts available for all 7 days a week: 9am-5pm, 7am-3pm, weekdays and weekends

Education :

High school or equivalent

Experience:

Pervious work with people with disabilities and elderly (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time and Part-time available

Salary : $17.25 - $19.75 per hour
