Hospice Associate Medical Director

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a full-time Associate Medical Director to provide medical oversight and leadership for hospice patients and their families across Palm Beach County. The Associate Medical Director will support both home-based and facility care, overseeing two interdisciplinary teams and two inpatient units (IPUs) located in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens. This role blends clinical care and leadership responsibilities, working closely with care teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care.Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach and Broward counties with compassionate, community-based care.
