Role Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive and ongoing healthcare for patients across all ages, from children to seniors.
- Expertly manage chronic conditions, preventive services, and acute illnesses while addressing mental health needs with a patient-centered focus.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create individualized treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with care coordinators, mental health experts, and other specialists to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing both patient experiences and service efficiency.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for accurate patient documentation and ongoing communication.
- Provide flexible care options, both in-person and through telemedicine platforms, to respect patient preferences.
- MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
- Completion of a Family Medicine residency through an accredited program.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Eligibility for or possession of a valid Maryland medical license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
- Exceptional diagnostic and clinical abilities with a strong emphasis on preventive care.
