Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
• Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and vendor resources.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committee sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, including status reports, RAID logs, project charters, and closure reports.
• Drive change management, issue resolution, and decision-making processes.
• Support resource planning and capacity management across project teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to align projects with strategic business initiatives.
