Job Overview LifeStance Health is hiring part‑time and full‑time licensed Therapists or Psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) with excellent communication skills and clinical acumen to join our Integrated Care and outpatient team in the South Shore. The role involves integrating behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy in a primary care setting. Ideal candidates have experience working across the lifespan using empirically supported treatments, working in a primary care environment and thrive in a fast‑paced setting. Responsibilities Integrated Care Clinicians are imbedded within a primary care office and are integral to primary care teams Work with primarily pediatric patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns using evidence‑based therapies like CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions and frequently consult with medical professionals Clinicians who do best in this setting enjoy a quick pace, think well on their feet, and value interdisciplinary work Benefits Strong work‑life balance/flexible scheduling with 2 days telehealth, 3 in office Above average W2 Compensation Excellent non‑clinical support staff Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and HSA plans 401K Plan with employer contributions Sign On Bonus FFS model Telehealth training and support provided Existing health plan participation is not necessary Compensation $75,000 - $100,000 a year | compensation model based on productivity.
