Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' conditions and formulate tailored therapy strategies that facilitate their recovery objectives

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' physical abilities, cognition, and daily life skills

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic care

Educate Patients and Their Families: Train patients and caregivers on therapy methods that will support continued progress outside the clinical setting

Monitor Progress and Adapt Treatment: Regularly evaluate clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track

Valid degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university

Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are both encouraged and supported

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
