Senior Director of Data Operations

Leading the Foundation's data initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Data Operations will manage enterprise data across systems, oversee the data team, and drive data-informed decision-making in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and maintain the Foundation's constituent data model and deduplication strategy, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms Lead the reporting strategy, maximizing the use of the data warehouse and ensuring data integrity for actionable insights Manage vendor relationships and contracts for data and engagement tools, driving strategic collaboration across departments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technology or data-related field and a minimum of ten years of experience managing complex technical ecosystems, including CRMs and fundraising tools Demonstrated experience with Power Automate or comparable workflow automation tools, and familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI Strong skills in enterprise data management, including data modeling, deduplication, and report development Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with strong project management skills Experience managing staff and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment
