Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude. Educate guests on smoothies, nutritional enhancements, vitamins, and supplements to help them meet their health and fitness goals. Recommend products that enhance the guest experience through genuine, needs-based suggestions. Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction. Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment. Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift. Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures. Work as part of a team to create a fun, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and fellow team members. Qualifications Passion for health, wellness, and providing outstanding customer service. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork and willingness to learn. Food service or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person. Retail sales or commission sales experience is a plus. Interest or experience in nutrition, fitness, or supplements is a bonus. Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain a positive attitude. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Frequently lift, reach, bend, and carry items up to 55 pounds. Operate blenders, kitchen equipment, and POS systems safely. Work in refrigerated and freezer areas as needed. Tolerate exposure to common food allergens.
