Production Operator

Production Operator Location: 542 Route 303, Orangeburg NY 10962 Duration: 3-6 + months (Possible Extension) Schedule: Mon Fri 7.00 AM 4.30 PM EST or 8.00 AM 5.30 PM EST Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Area Supervisor, the Production Operator will be responsible for performing fabrication tasks including rolling, melting, and pressing materials. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work effectively in a production environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform fabrication duties including rolling, melting, and pressing materials according to production specifications. Follow instructions provided by the Area Supervisor and established work procedures. Maintain quality standards throughout all stages of the fabrication process. Operate and monitor equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine inspections to ensure product consistency and quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety guidelines. Report equipment issues, defects, or production concerns to supervision promptly. Required Experience: 35 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or a related production environment Supervision: Works under the direct supervision of the Area Supervisor Work Environment: Production environment
