Phlebotomist-I Opportunity

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist-I to support our client's medical facility, located in Buffalo MN 55313.

This is a 13-week contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location: Buffalo MN 55313

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-5:30 (40hours/week)

Pay Range: $22 - $24/hr (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials. The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and care.
• Ensure proper identification of patients prior to blood collection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
• Accurately label and document specimens for testing in accordance with medical terminology standards.
• Label, process, and transport blood specimens accurately and efficiently in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
• Work Experience:
• Minimum of 6 months of experience REQUIRED.
• One (+) year of phlebotomy experience is preferred
