Regional Studio Operations Leader

Orangetheory Fitness

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple studios in the Colorado region. You will partner with Studio Managers to set goals, improve productivity, and deliver an exceptional member experience while managing budgets. You’ll coach and develop leaders across studios, oversee recruiting and staff development, and implement training programs for sales and operations.
