Job Description: We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel contract in Abilene, Texas. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, providing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' functional abilities.
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care and continuity of services.
• Provide education and training to clients, caregivers, and family members as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions and progress notes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Texas.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads and environments.
