Our organization is on the lookout for a physician leader to fill the role of Chief of Urology at Northern Westchester Hospital. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Collaborating with the chair on all aspects of clinical operations.

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care by developing and standardizing care processes and protocols.

• Fostering a culture of scholarship focused on quality improvement, health equity, and patient outcomes.

• Overseeing the productivity of physician faculty and support staff.

• Maintaining and enhancing the department's excellence.

Qualifications for Candidates

• Possession of an M.D. degree or its equivalent from an accredited medical school.

• Completion of residency and fellowship training, with Board Certification or eligibility.

• Current medical licensure in the State of New York.

• Exceptional communication and management abilities, along with a collaborative spirit to work effectively with medical staff and hospital administration.

• Prior experience in division, department, or program leadership roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized training in Robotics, Female Pelvic Medicine, or Uro-Oncology.
