Senior Staffing and Compliance Manager Company: The Boeing Company – Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Location: Everett, Washington We are seeking a safety and quality minded Senior Leader to manage Staffing & Compliance for the 777 Team. The successful candidate will oversee employees and first‑level managers, develop integrated departmental plans, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Position Responsibilities Manage employees and first‑level managers to ensure adequate staffing for the 777/777X Production System. Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures; provide input on business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives. Build and maintain relationships and partnerships with Skill Teams, Industrial Engineering, and other stakeholders. Motivate, coach, and develop employees and managers to deliver high‑quality work on time and within budget. Establish compliance controls, monitoring processes, and reporting mechanisms. Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews. Own and drive improvement to PASA standards in coordination with cross‑functional teams. Basic Qualifications (Required) Ability to work any shift, including weekends and overtime. 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, and projects to meet business objectives and influence change. 5+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives. Preferred Qualifications (Desired) 3+ years of experience in Boeing Production Systems (BPS) and/or Quality Management Systems (QMS). 3+ years of experience in coaching, guiding, and mentoring teams. 3+ years of experience leading teams to execute safety, compliance, quality, and cost objectives. Familiarity with BCA compliance management systems and reporting tools. Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Shift & Work Schedule Primarily 1st shift; additional shift requirements may be needed to support program objectives.
