We're looking a skilled HVAC Warranty Supervisor to join our growing team and be at the forefront of our company's success. - Positive, friendly, courteous, and kind attitude with great customer service skills
- Master knowledge of troubleshooting HVAC issues such as basic low voltage, refrigerant, communicating equipment faults, and airflow
- A proven history of quality troubleshooting with 15 or more years of experience at an HVAC company
- The position requires someone with 10 yrs+ of experience repairing or replacing residential HVAC systems
- Clear understanding of duct work, zoning, and communicating systems
- Evaluate overall system installations and identify any code-related, safety, or comfort issues
- Be able to repair issues on the job the same day to ensure customer satisfaction and comfort
- Coordinate with Install Supervisors, Install crews, and management
- Be able to coach or train others
- Be willing to work occasional Saturdays
- Be willing to attend training and classes
- Experience with a smart device and technical ability. Service Titan experience is a plus!
- Excellent professional & personal references
- Ability to pass a background, MVR, and drug screening, and to maintain a drug-free lifestyle
- Physical ability to lift over 70 lbs and climb up and down a ladder on a regular basis. Standing for long periods of time, extensive kneeling, squatting, and stooping
- Residency within 35 miles of any of our Kennesaw location
