Management Analyst

Qualifications You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Enlisted Distribution Division (PERS-40) of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) creating decisions based on personnel distribution and placement policies; 2) providing guidance to personnel on manpower and procedures; and 3) evaluating implications of new concepts, methodologies, and/or data systems on work requirements.
